Since all coffee is roasted-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products.

No Refunds
Once your coffee is roasted and shipped, it is non-refundable.

No Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges for coffee as each order is freshly roasted just for you.
