Experience the rich, full-bodied flavor of Aceh Gayo Coffee Arabica — a premium grade coffee bean cultivated in the highlands of Sumatra, Indonesia. Grown in the renowned Gayo Highlands, a region celebrated for its cool climate, volcanic soil, and high altitudes, these beans are a true reflection of the unique terroir they come from.

The Aceh Gayo coffee is carefully hand-picked and processed to preserve its exceptional flavor profile, offering coffee enthusiasts a truly remarkable cup of coffee. Known for its clean, vibrant acidity and balanced complexity, these beans are the perfect choice for those who appreciate both medium and dark roasts with distinctive flavor nuances.

Our Aceh Gayo beans from the highlands of Sumatra are crafted using Indonesia’s traditional semi-washed process, known locally as giling basah. This unique method sets Gayo coffee apart from the rest of the world.

After the ripe cherries are handpicked, the outer skin is carefully pulped, and the beans—still coated in their natural mucilage—are partially dried under the Sumatran sun. While still soft and wet, the parchment layer is removed, a technique rarely found outside Indonesia. The beans are then dried to perfection before roasting.
